Gentlemen: I am utterly delighted with my Free2Go rack which has permitted me to upgrade to a “grownup” bicycle from my previous fold-up Brompton!
I have made my first trip with the Free2Go bike-carrier; everything works fine, it was quite easy to install the the bike!

I just wanted to write to say hi and another thanks. I was on starting my usual morning bike commute when I stopped to enjoy (and capture) another gorgeous sunrise. While I marveled in it’s beauty and my fortune to have these moments during a commute to work, I was reminded that none of this would be possible if I didn’t have your bike rack for my Smart.
I’m in my 3rd year commuting and still loving every moment of it. Your rack has allowed me to get from home to a safe, designated bike route for my 20km ride to work. Without it, there is no way i’d commute as I’d have to face a major highway or a single-lane industrial road – neither of which provide any sort of safety for a cyclist. Winter or summer, I clock an average of 185km a week, almost all of which is due to you (of course I do let loose on the weekend from home, or occasionally Zwift).
So I just wanted to say thanks once again. Your product is still strong and hard-working. It still looks like new. Thanks for making a great product and helping me indulge my love of cycling every day!
